Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders within Germany usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping, while international orders may take longer. 

Please note that the archive and HQ is currently run by one person only, so shipping may take a little longer in peak times — so please be mindful when placing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
You can see the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase. The shipping costs do not include customs fees.
Customs fees are calculated individually per shipment by the respective recipient country and are to be paid by the buyer.

returns/
Wilson & Winona specializes in carefully selected vintage and pre-owned clothing. Every item is individually inspected, photographed, and described as accurately as possible before being offered for sale.

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand goods, minor signs of age, wear, or use may be present. Any significant flaws known to the seller are disclosed in the product description and/or photographs.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and conscious consumption, customers are encouraged to carefully review all descriptions, and photographs before making a purchase. 

If an item arrives with a significant undisclosed defect that was not mentioned in the description or visible in the photographs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so that we can work together to find an appropriate solution.
