Wilson & Winona was established in 2024 as an odé to my mother, Wesna Wilson. Being a fashion designer herself, she welcomed me into a world full of colors, fabrics, and craftsmanship — ultimately shaping my love for fashion and deep appreciation for clothing that tells a story.
I was still in pre-school when my mother and I first binge watched Sex and the City together and as I got older it made me realize that these women weren't fictional. I saw them reflected in my friends, my family and myself — the idea for Wilson & Winona was built by women, for women, and will continue to grow with the strength and support of many more. So, inspired by the effortlessly cool vibe of 1990s New York, my vintage collection is a nostalgic nod to an era I associate with childhood memories, and the energy that created it.
